How Evivve is Delivered:

The experience is extremely flexible. It suits all learning styles and cultures. It can be delivered once over a 2.5 hours, but is often initially run as a half-day experience. It can be delivered over multiple rounds where, following periods of reflection, learnings can be re-tested in subsequent experiences on the same day, or spread out over over several months.

Team size: 4-12 employees per facilitated game (if virtual) or 4-20 per facilitated game (when delivered physically in the same room). Deliveries for up to 200 employees simultaneously have been successfully implemented with multiple games running concurrently. Microsoft have delivered Evivve to 200 employees concurrently.

Rich Reporting for all participants:

Team members receive a detailed report of their performance. A full facilitator debrief is delivered at the end of each round and different types of reports can be circulated that are tailored for each individual, group and organisation – with actionable development steps.

  • The PERSONAL REPORT is for the individual. Read a sample personal report. This focuses on the contribution of each individual and how they interacted and collaborated with the rest of the team. The baseline report is organised around the “The Big Five” model, initially advanced by Ernest Tupes and Raymond Christal.
  • The GROUP REPORT is for the organisation. Read a sample group report. This reports focuses on group dynamics, with feedback organised using psychologist Bruce Tuckman’s forming-storming-norming-performing model.
  • The SYSTEMS THINKING REPORT aids corporate culture change. Read a sample systems thinking report. This report is organised around the “Systems Thinking” Model, spearheaded by Peter Senge.

For a small additional charge, any industry standard psychological / learning model can be used as the basis for the reporting. If you prefer to use a particular specific model, we have access to the full range of report templates, to match the findings using your organisation’s existing modelling technique.

The game itself led to the creation of the AFERR holistic Neuroscientific Approach to Learning, published at both Stamford and the United Nations. It is based on a continuous feedback process of Activation, Forecasting, Experimentation, Realization, and Reaction. The structure of the game also utilises the same AFERR approach.
